Items will continue to be delivered as quickly as possible after these cut off dates, however arrival before Christmas is unlikely.
All of our signature Plain Jane food items are made fresh to order by a qualified Pastry Chef in a registered kitchen. That means our local council's (Casey Council) Environmental Health Officer has reviewed our kitchen and practices and has approved them for use in a commercial manner.
Our kitchen and practices are inline with the current Food Safety Standards in Victoria as per the Food Safety Standards Australia New Zealand. We adhere to all sections of the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code.
You certainly can! We offer a complimentary Plain Jane Gifts greeting card, which features a beautiful dandelion on the front, with every order. Just pop your message in the box on the product page and we will print your message on the back and place it in your gift box free of charge.
We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible. However, as we make all Plain Jane signature products fresh on site and to order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Our current hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm AEST

We deliver Australia wide and offer standard and express shipping. For a limited time we are also offering free local delivery within 20km. Please see our Shipping and Delivery page for detailed information
If you need to update any details on your order please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist with your requests, however if your order has already been dispatched we cannot make any changes to your order.
Sometimes our confirmation emails get sent to junk or spam folders, there could be a delay in processing or you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please get in touch with us via our Contact Us form, with your order number if you have it, and we can assist in confirming your order
We ship all of our gift boxes with ‘authority to leave’, meaning our delivery drivers will, where possible, leave your gift box in a safe place if no one is home to receive it. If the delivery drivers deems it unsafe to leave, they will take it to your local collection point.
Whilst we take exceptional care to prevent cross contamination of allergens, all of our products may contain traces of dairy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, sesame and/or soy as we process those ingredients in our kitchen.

Due to the nature of our products, all products sold by Plain Jane Gifts are sold on a no return basis unless products received are of unsatisfactory quality or the items received do not match the description of the order.
If you are unsatisfied with your order or you have received the wrong product, we will endeavour to rectify the issue by replacement or refund. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or use our Contact Us form should you have any issues with your order. All returns and refunds will be at the discretion of Plain Jane Gifts.
Absolutely! However, we are currently unable to facilitate multiple shipping addresses in the one online transaction. If you would like to order multiple gift boxes to different locations without making separate transactions please Contact Us and we can arrange that for you.
